If Jane Eyre was a Playlist

(using k-pop songs!)

Jane Eyre is one of my favorite romantic novels! I have tremendous respect for Jane’s display of independence, especially in a novel written in 1847! I remember the first time I read the novel for an English class in high school: let’s just say that I wasn’t overly fond of a novel with a 400+ word count. However, during my second endeavor to read the classic novel, I was much more accepting of its intimidating length and even found myself enjoying the story. At this point in my life, I’ve read Jane Eyre several times and always find something new to love, like the well-rounded characters or Jane’s passionate affair with the alluring Mr. Rochester. With this in mind, I decided to write our first novel playlist on Jane Eyre! I broke the playlist down according to the scenes that I thought were most crucial to the novel’s plot progression. My goal is that this playlist will also help bring some enjoyment to your experience with the novel as well!
